Jazz Record Art Collective presents Nickolas Kaplan Group performing Herbie Hancock’s Maiden Voyage and Empyrean Isle livestream on July 27

Empyrean Isles is the fourth studio album by Herbie Hancock, recorded and released in 1964 on Blue Note Record Label, it features Hancock with his Miles Davis bandmates, bassist Ron Carter and drummer Tony Williams, along with trumpeter Freddie Hubbard.
Maiden Voyage is the fifth album led by Hancock featuring tenor saxophonist George Coleman, Hubbard,Carter and Williams. Recorded and released in 1965.
