Jazz Record Art Collective presents A Night of Lester, Nat & Buddy with Jeremy Kahn Trio Tuesday November 3rd at Fulton Street Collective.

The night will also feature live painting from visual artist TBA.

Lester, Nat & Buddy In 1946, Lester Young, Nat King Cole and Buddy Rich teamed up in Hollywood, California to document what would be released as two legendary records. With no bass player involved, this sax/ piano/drums trio (a somewhat unusual combination) recorded such classics as “I Cover The Waterfront”, “Mean To Me”, “The Man I Love” and “Three Little Words.” Eric Schneider, Jeremy Kahn and George Fludas will recreate this trio, drawing from the repertoire of these immortal recordings.
