McCarthy is a veteran of the Guitar Craft program inaugurated by King Crimson guitarist Robert Fripp. His first album, 2000’s The Electric Distant Surfacing which featured legendary drummer Bob Moses, garnered favorable press internationally.

Every Wednesday a different jazz group will play from 9PM-11PM. There is an affordable $7 cover, which goes entirely to the musicians and to support Fulton Street Collective.
