If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We use cookies for the essential functions of our site, for non-logged in visitors. Who we share your data with
Members give FSC explicit consent to use their contact information for the purpose of communicating information related to FSC-related news, events, or programming. FSC will do everything reasonably possible to protect the privacy of member information and will not share it with any 3rd party without the explicit consent of the member. FSC will never sell the members’ personal information to anyone.
If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
If you become a member of Fulton Street Collective, we collect personal data such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies.
By becoming a member and filling out your profile info, you consent to have some of that data publicly viewable in our Member Directory and Profile Pages. You can choose to be omitted from the Directory and Profile pages from the ‘Edit Your Profile’ page when logged in.
We collect our members’ profile data in order to grow our community and help artists with their career by exposing them and their work to a wider audience.
Personal data is not just created by a user’s interactions with your site. Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All logged-in members can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
