Menjunje is a mix, a mezcla of good things that heal you. Nobody knows exactly what’s in a Menjunje, but abuelita usually makes it for you and you always feel better after drinking it!

We are a septet composed of piano, bass, drums, 2 percussionists, sax and trumpet. A mix of original music and arrangements of songs by acclaimed Puerto Rican singer songwriter Antonio Caban Vale “El Topo”. We will be showcasing Puerto Rican styles of Bomba Sica, Yuba, Cuembe, as well as Plena, Bolero, Danzón, Seis Araucano, and Cuban Rumba, Guaguanco and Chachachá.
